PlaylistGrow says it was founded in Amsterdam in 2019. Its terms say it is based in Amsterdam and that Dutch law covers any dispute. Its about page says it works with a network of 500+ playlist curators, and its homepage says they cover 50+ genres.

The playlistgrow.com domain was registered in August 2021, per public domain records. The earliest archived copy of the site is from the same month.

In May 2026, PlaylistGrow moved to a new platform. Customers who ordered before then manage their plans on a separate old system page. That matters if you are trying to cancel an older subscription.

PlaylistGrow is not affiliated with Spotify. It never asks for your Spotify login and only needs your public track link, per its FAQ.

How PlaylistGrow Works, Step by Step

1. Pick a plan. Choose Basic, Standard, Premium, or VIP, or start with the $14 trial.
2. Submit a track. Any song live on Spotify works, new or old. PlaylistGrow says it reviews each track within 24 hours.
3. Get matched. Its system reads your genre and sound, then pitches the track to curators in its network. Curators who like the song add it to their playlists.
4. Watch placements arrive. Its pages give different timelines: 17 hours on average, 24 to 72 hours, or 48 to 72 hours.
5. Check your dashboard. It lists each playlist by name, its follower count, and when you were added or removed. You also get your placement links by email each month.
6. Renew or change. Plans renew every 30 days with a monthly playlist refresh. You can swap songs through support and upgrade or downgrade from the dashboard.

One term to understand is Listener Reach. PlaylistGrow defines it as the combined followers of every playlist your song lands on. It is not a stream count. Each plan shows streams as a separate estimate, and the terms say specific stream counts are not guaranteed.

What the terms do guarantee is reach. PlaylistGrow promises your track will land on playlists whose combined followers meet your plan’s level.

Billing runs every 30 days, not on the same date each month. So a full year can bring 13 charges instead of 12.

How To Cancel PlaylistGrow

PlaylistGrow says you can cancel anytime from your account dashboard, with no penalty. Your campaign keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for.

Timing matters:

• Its terms say cancelling less than 24 hours before your next billing date may still lead to a charge.
• Its refund policy only covers a repeat charge if you cancelled at least 4 days before that billing date.
• To end the trial without paying $65, cancel before day 14.

PlaylistGrow offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Its pages describe it in different ways, so read them closely before you pay.

• The homepage promises a full refund within 30 days if you are not happy, with no questions asked.
• The refund policy lists four reasons that qualify. You are not satisfied, you were billed after cancelling, you got fewer placements than promised, or the playlists were poor quality or off-genre.
• The same policy says refunds are not available once the promised listener reach was fully delivered.
• The terms say PlaylistGrow will first try to add placements. A refund follows only if it cannot meet the promised reach.

To ask for a refund, send a support request from your dashboard or email the company. The refund policy says approved refunds take 5 to 10 business days. The FAQ says 3 to 8.

The terms also warn about chargebacks. An unjustified chargeback can leave you owing the chargeback fee plus the original amount, and your account may be suspended.

Trustpilot. PlaylistGrow holds 3.6 stars from 136 Trustpilot reviews. About 62% are 5-star, 6% are 4-star, 6% are 3-star, and 25% are 1-star. The profile is claimed. The company replies to many negative reviews, often asking the reviewer to open a support ticket.

Happy reviewers say their songs landed on real playlists, streams arrived within days, and the process was easy. Some say the daily streams kept coming.

The 1-star reviews from 2025 and 2026 repeat a few themes:

• Charges after cancelling, or trouble getting a plan cancelled

• Playlists that felt off-genre for their song
• Slow replies from support
• Confusion after the May 2026 platform switch, such as old account links that stopped working

In some replies, PlaylistGrow says it fixed a cancellation error, refunded the charges, or offered extra placements.
