Our Services
Musicvertising helps customers promote music through legitimate marketing methods. Depending on the service purchased, campaigns may use advertising, outreach, placement opportunities, technology systems, partner inventory, audience development, reporting, support, and other promotional channels that we determine are appropriate for the order.
Unless expressly stated in writing for the specific service purchased, you are purchasing promotional work and access to our services, not a particular platform outcome. Deliverables may include campaign setup, campaign management, advertising work, outreach, budget deployment, submissions, review opportunities, reporting, support, or other work described in the applicable offer, but we do not sell or promise platform metrics, platform decisions, platform protection, or third party action.
We do not sell fake streams, fake views, fake followers, bot traffic, artificial engagement, account manipulation, or platform rule violations. Some internal workflows may use automation, but that automation is used to operate campaigns and does not create fake listening, fake viewing, or fake engagement.
Platform Compliance
Our services are designed to promote music through real exposure and legitimate marketing channels. You agree that you will not ask us to create fake engagement, manipulate platform systems, violate platform rules, or promote content in a way that is illegal, deceptive, or abusive.
Payments to Musicvertising are not payments to any platform for editorial inclusion, algorithmic treatment, ranking, royalty treatment, official approval, account protection, or platform preference. We do not represent that any platform has approved, endorsed, reviewed, certified, or guaranteed any campaign unless expressly stated in writing.
Streaming platforms, video platforms, advertising platforms, playlist platforms, music distributors, analytics providers, and other third party services may change their rules, algorithms, review standards, ad policies, reporting systems, or enforcement practices at any time. These changes may affect campaign delivery, reporting, pricing, timing, availability, account status, royalties, visibility, or results.
Platforms, distributors, advertising systems, playlist services, analytics tools, and other third parties may flag, restrict, adjust, remove, withhold, reclassify, penalize, or review a track, video, playlist, profile, channel, release, account, royalty payment, metric, or campaign activity for reasons outside our knowledge or control. Those reasons may include your previous activity, your other promotions, other providers, sudden changes in engagement, third party playlist activity, platform filters, rights issues, policy reviews, account history, distributor rules, or data patterns interpreted by those third parties.
No Platform Affiliation
Musicvertising is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any streaming platform, video platform, advertising platform, social platform, music distributor, playlist platform, analytics provider, or other third party platform unless expressly stated in writing.
Platform names, trademarks, dashboards, and logos belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to describe where campaigns may run, where music may be promoted, or where customers may verify results.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, working links, correct artist profiles, correct songs or videos, genre information, campaign details, billing details, and any other materials needed to fulfill your order.
Delays, incorrect links, inaccessible content, private content, removed content, copyright disputes, platform restrictions, rejected ads, unavailable playlists, payment issues, or missing information may delay or prevent campaign delivery.
You are responsible for making sure your music, videos, images, artist name, metadata, claims, and promotional materials do not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, advertising, or other rights.
You are responsible for any other marketing, advertising, playlisting, engagement, distribution, upload, metadata, rights management, or promotional activity involving your music, videos, profiles, channels, playlists, releases, or accounts, whether performed by you or by another provider. You agree not to combine our services with artificial engagement, unauthorized automation, misleading tactics, or any other activity that may violate platform or distributor rules.
You agree to tell us if the content, release, profile, channel, playlist, account, or distributor account involved in an order has received warnings, penalties, takedowns, royalty holds, artificial engagement claims, rights disputes, abnormal activity notices, or similar platform or distributor issues that may affect the service.
You also agree to tell us about any recent, active, or planned third party promotion, playlisting, advertising, engagement, distribution, reposting, creator, influencer, traffic, or audience growth services involving the same content, release, profile, channel, playlist, or account. If you do not provide accurate and complete information, you may be ineligible for refunds, credits, guarantees, replacement work, dispute support, or other remedies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We are not responsible for delays, reduced performance, rejected placements, rejected ads, or failed delivery caused by inaccurate information, missing materials, late responses, changed links, removed content, private content, payment issues, rights disputes, platform restrictions, other providers, other campaigns, or instructions that conflict with our policies or platform rules.
Campaign Delivery
Campaign launch times and delivery windows shown on our website are estimates unless a specific written guarantee applies to the service purchased. Delivery can be affected by customer response time, platform reviews, advertising approval, promotional partner availability, placement availability, targeting requirements, payment status, technical issues, and other factors outside our control.
We may adjust campaign strategy, targeting, placements, creative direction, budgets, distribution, outreach, or timing when we believe an adjustment is reasonably needed to improve delivery, protect campaign quality, comply with platform requirements, or manage operational constraints.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, we may decide how to allocate work, resources, timing, and promotional efforts within the service purchased. Support response times, launch dates, delivery windows, and reporting dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed in writing.
Suspicious Activity And Risk Reviews
If we detect or reasonably suspect abnormal activity, unusual traffic sources, unusual engagement patterns, hidden playlist activity, conflicting campaigns, artificial engagement, platform warnings, distributor warnings, rights disputes, customer misrepresentations, other provider activity, payment risk, or other risk connected to an order, we may review, pause, hold, modify, redirect, replace, limit, or stop campaign work.
We may also request additional information, preserve records, change channels, reallocate unused resources, remove a submitted asset from active work, decline future work, or provide campaign records where appropriate. These actions are intended to protect Musicvertising, the customer, our partners, platforms, distributors, and service quality, and they do not mean that we breached these terms.
Third Party Advertising And Programmatic Placements
Some services may involve advertising through third party platforms, ad networks, partner inventory, publishers, apps, websites, mobile environments, video environments, audio environments, search environments, display environments, social environments, or other digital media channels. We may use technology systems, data, submitted links, campaign information, audience signals, creative materials, and other inputs to prepare, place, operate, optimize, measure, and support those campaigns.
The specific technology, partners, channels, targeting logic, placement logic, campaign methods, and optimization methods we use may change over time and are not part of any guaranteed deliverable unless expressly stated in writing for the service purchased.
We do not own or control every third party platform, publisher, app, website, placement, inventory source, ad format, device, reporting label, traffic source, approval decision, auction result, delivery path, or display environment where an advertisement or promotional link may appear. Third party systems may decide where, when, whether, how, and to whom ads are displayed based on targeting, inventory, policies, bidding, automation, availability, user behavior, and their own internal systems.
We do not guarantee that ads, links, traffic, clicks, listens, views, conversions, engagement, or campaign activity will appear in any particular platform dashboard, analytics report, traffic source category, referral category, playlist source, discovery source, geography, device type, website, app, page, publisher, placement, medium, or reporting label. Analytics and source reporting are controlled by third party platforms and may not match our internal records, ad network records, or customer expectations.
Results And Estimates
Music promotion results vary. Streams, views, followers, subscribers, saves, playlist adds, monthly listeners, watch time, engagement, royalty outcomes, algorithmic discovery, sales, press interest, and career outcomes are influenced by many factors outside our control.
Any numbers, ranges, averages, examples, screenshots, testimonials, case studies, or expected outcomes shown on our website are estimates or examples, not guaranteed results, unless the relevant service page or checkout states a specific written guarantee.
We do not guarantee specific streams, views, playlist adds, followers, monthly listeners, royalty payments, search rankings, editorial placements, algorithmic playlists, press coverage, income, or commercial success.

Appeal And Platform Support
Unless we separately agree in writing, we are not responsible for appealing, reversing, explaining, resolving, or preventing platform, distributor, payment processor, playlist, rights holder, ad network, publisher, or analytics decisions. We may provide campaign records or reasonable support information when we believe it is appropriate, but we do not guarantee that any third party will accept, review, rely on, respond to, reverse, or act on that information.
Streaming Promotion Terms
Streaming promotion campaigns may involve advertising, outreach, audience targeting, placement opportunities, reporting, support, or related promotional methods depending on the offer purchased.
Streams, listeners, followers, saves, and related activity are ultimately controlled by listener behavior and streaming platform systems. You should verify results through your own artist dashboard, distributor dashboard, or other official reporting sources.
Streaming platforms, distributors, and related services control their own policies, detection systems, source reporting, royalty treatment, playlist treatment, warnings, account actions, and removal decisions. We are not responsible for streaming platform or distributor action caused by your other promotion, other providers, platform interpretation, sudden engagement changes, playlist activity, account history, royalty review, or any activity outside our control.
Video Promotion Terms
Video promotion campaigns may use advertising, audience targeting, promotional placements, reporting, support, and related promotional methods. Views, subscribers, engagement, watch time, and channel growth depend on viewer behavior, approval decisions, targeting, video quality, platform reporting, and campaign conditions.
We do not guarantee that video platforms will count every impression, click, view, subscriber, or engagement action in a specific way. Video platforms and related advertising systems control their own review, measurement, reporting, and enforcement systems.
Video platforms, advertising systems, analytics tools, rights systems, and related services control their own policies, measurement, verification, source reporting, account actions, and removal decisions. We are not responsible for third party treatment of your video, channel, metrics, traffic sources, monetization, visibility, or account.
Playlist Placement Terms
Playlist placement services may involve third party playlist owners, playlist availability, playlist selection, track review, and placement confirmation. Placement details can vary by offer, playlist, genre, owner, timing, and availability.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, we do not own, operate, administer, control, manage, access, or supervise third party playlists. Playlist owners control their own playlists, promotion, audience, content decisions, ranking, duration, order, visibility, traffic sources, listener behavior, compliance, and related activity.
For a guaranteed playlist placement offer, our obligation is limited to fulfilling the written placement description for the specific playlist or placement selected, or providing the remedy stated in that offer if the written placement description cannot be fulfilled. We do not guarantee how a playlist owner promotes a playlist, manages a playlist, sources listeners, maintains compliance, reports activity, or affects your track after placement.
Unless a specific playlist placement is guaranteed in writing for the service purchased, third party acceptance, playlist adds, playlist duration, playlist position, playlist owner conduct, listener response, platform treatment, source reporting, and stream volume are not guaranteed.
Subscriptions And Ongoing Services
Some Musicvertising services are subscriptions or ongoing campaigns. If you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the billing terms shown at checkout or in your billing dashboard.
Recurring services renew automatically until canceled according to the cancellation method made available to you. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for each renewal term, plus applicable taxes and fees, unless you cancel before the renewal is processed.
You may cancel or change eligible subscriptions according to the instructions available on our website, billing dashboard, or support channels. Cancellation stops future eligible billing, but it does not automatically refund charges already processed unless a refund policy or guarantee applies.
We will continue working on eligible ongoing campaigns while the subscription remains active, paid, and in good standing.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders. Prices, packages, discounts, bonuses, offers, and availability may change at any time without notice.
Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase the selected service. We may accept the order by processing payment, sending confirmation, starting work, or otherwise indicating acceptance. We may reject, cancel, limit, review, or hold an order before or after payment when reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, partners, platforms, payment processors, or service quality.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, licenses, and approvals required for us to use submitted materials for the services you purchase.
You also represent that submitted music, videos, artwork, vocals, voice recordings, names, likenesses, samples, stems, lyrics, metadata, synthetic content, AI assisted content, and related promotional materials are lawful, authorized, properly licensed, and not deceptive, infringing, impersonating, misattributed, or otherwise restricted by platform, distributor, label, publisher, rights holder, or legal requirements.
Our Intellectual Property
The website, Musicvertising name, Musicvertising trademark, service names, copy, designs, layouts, graphics, videos, reports, strategies, processes, systems, software, workflows, data, templates, and other materials created or used by us are owned by Musicvertising or our licensors, except for materials owned by customers or third parties.
You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, reverse engineer, sublicense, frame, imitate, or use our website, brand, content, methods, internal materials, campaign materials, or nonpublic service materials for a competing business or unauthorized commercial purpose without our written permission. Nothing in this section prevents lawful agency, affiliate, partner, resale, or white label activity that is permitted by these terms.
Customer Publicity And Case Studies
By purchasing or using our services, you grant Musicvertising a limited, worldwide, royalty free, revocable permission to use your customer name, artist name, label name, public profile links, public artwork, public logos, submitted trademarks, public campaign materials, testimonials, reviews, feedback, and campaign results to identify you as a customer and to describe our work in customer lists, website content, social media, advertising, marketing materials, testimonials, examples, screenshots, and case studies.
This permission does not transfer ownership of your trademarks, artwork, music, videos, or other materials to Musicvertising. Any goodwill from our use of your customer name, artist name, label name, logo, or trademark belongs to you or the applicable owner.
We will not knowingly publish private billing information, payment details, access credentials, confidential communications, or nonpublic account information in customer publicity materials. Testimonials, reviews, quotes, and case studies must reflect genuine customer experiences and may not be used by us in a way that materially changes the meaning of what was provided.
Any testimonial, review, feedback, creator content, endorsement, case study, or public statement you provide to us must reflect your genuine experience and must not include false or misleading claims. Where a material connection, incentive, or relationship requires disclosure by law or platform rules, you agree to cooperate with reasonable disclosure requirements.
You may ask us to stop using your customer name, artist name, label name, logo, testimonial, or case study by contacting us through the support channels available on our website. After we verify the request, we will remove or stop using the applicable customer publicity materials within a reasonable time, except that removal may not apply to archived records, cached copies, materials already distributed outside our control, or records we must keep for legal, security, accounting, or dispute resolution purposes.

You may not impersonate Musicvertising, claim to be Musicvertising, claim to act as our agent, claim that we endorsed your business, bind us to obligations, use our brand in a misleading way, or create confusion about whether your business, offer, support, pricing, guarantees, refunds, promises, or customer relationship is provided by us unless we expressly agree in writing.
You are responsible for your own customers, marketing, promises, pricing, refunds, taxes, disclosures, support, and legal obligations unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. These limitations apply even if a third party action occurs during or after a campaign and even if a customer believes the action is connected to our services, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the website, services, orders, campaigns, or these terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Musicvertising for the specific service that gave rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, excluding taxes, payment fees, chargeback fees, third party fees, media costs, and amounts paid to outside providers.
No owner, officer, team member, contractor, partner, affiliate, service provider, or licensor of Musicvertising will have personal liability for claims related to the website, services, orders, campaigns, or these terms.
Indemnification
