Playlist-Promotion.com is a real, long-running Spotify playlist promotion service. You buy a “follower reach,” such as 100,000 followers. Its team then places your song on genre playlists whose followers add up to that number.
It does one job well. It spreads your song across many playlists, and an experienced team does the picking. Its Trustpilot score is 4.8 from 61 reviews, with no 1-star reviews.
The trade-offs are about control and price. You cannot see the playlist names before you pay, and the smallest Spotify package costs $350. If you want to pick the exact playlist first, compare Playlist Placement. If you want new listeners every month, compare AI Spotify Promotion.
- Best for: wide playlist reach for one release, with a team choosing the playlists.
- Not built for: choosing your playlist before you pay, or small test budgets.
- Typical cost: $350 to $2,500 per Spotify campaign, and up to $7,100.
Playlist-Promotion.com says it has run Spotify playlist campaigns since 2015. An archived copy of its homepage shows the site was live by September 2017.
Its current terms name Playlist Promotion FZ-LLC, with a P.O. box in Dubai, UAE, and a German phone number for WhatsApp. Its Trustpilot profile lists Germany. We could not find a public company register entry to link.
Two people front the business. Its Tobias page lists Tobias as CEO. Andi, called a founder in a post about an MTV interview, runs campaigns and signed the company’s latest Trustpilot reply.
Its size claims vary by page. The homepage mentions 3,000 playlists and more than 1,000 curators. Its FAQ says more than 800 active curators and more than 4,000 artists helped. These are the company’s own figures.
Spotify is the core product, but it also sells YouTube ads, YouTube playlist placement, radio promotion, Meta ads, and $167 consulting calls.
- Submit your song for free. The team listens first. Its FAQ says it does not accept every song.
- Get your store link. If your song is approved, you pick a package by follower reach.
- Choose your genres. You cannot change your song or genres after the campaign is scheduled.
- Curators get your song. The song goes out within the first two days. Placements for the 100K package take 5 to 14 business days.
- Track placements. You get the name and link of each playlist as it adds your song. A PDF report with every playlist follows at the end.
Every playlist has at least 1,000 followers, per the FAQ. Placements last 3 to 12 weeks, with an average of about 6 to 8 weeks, according to the package pages. The FAQ says you can expect all streams within 6 to 12 weeks.

The $30 coupons appear in ranking reviews. We did not test whether they still work. Discount codes cannot be used on upgrades.
Playlist-Promotion.com describes its refund in two ways, so read both before you pay.
- The terms give a full refund in one case only: you did not get the total follower reach you paid for.
- The FAQ describes a partial refund if you cancel or if it cannot fully deliver. It covers the undelivered part, minus a 10% service fee.
- Neither refunds you for picking the wrong song or genres.
To its credit, the FAQ admits one case where it fell short on its largest package and refunded the missing placements.
Other services have their own rules. On Meta ads, unused ad spend is refundable but the $300 setup fee is not. On radio, it offers a full refund if your song gets no airplay within one month.
The terms also send disputes to arbitration and give you one year to file a claim.
Trustpilot. Playlist-Promotion.com holds 4.8 stars from 61 Trustpilot reviews. About 95% are 5-star, 1% are 4-star, 2% are 3-star, 2% are 2-star, and none are 1-star. The profile has been claimed since March 2023.
Happy reviewers praise fast replies from Andi, the campaign dashboard, and active playlists. One long-time customer says the team moved their song to new playlists when one placement brought no streams.
The two low reviews tell the other side. In a 3-star review from September 2025, an artist paid $350 for the 100K package. They reported about 12,000 streams in three months from four playlists that did not fit their genre. The company replied that the song started at zero streams and got more streams than advertised. In a 2-star review from 2023, a trap artist said they landed on an R&B playlist. The company replied that it could not find the order and would have replaced the playlist.
Most ranking reviews tested free campaigns. Most review pages in Google’s top results tested a campaign the company provided at no cost:
All three written reviews tested the 100K package, now $350. They reported 682,000 to 1.5 million in total reach and about 32,000 to 50,000 streams. Andrew Southworth wrote that he suspected the extra reach came because he was reviewing. Brian Hazard of Passive Promotion says he asked about special treatment and was told there was none, and that 100K is a minimum.
Under Hazard’s post, a commenter who paid for the same package reported about 120,000 reach on 8 playlists. Hazard replied that this was still 20% above the promise. Keep that in mind when you compare their results with your own.
Two reviewers also flagged fit. Two Story Melody liked the results but said some playlists were broad, such as a list of the most streamed songs, rather than tight genre matches. Southworth listed broad playlists as a con too.
Reddit. The r/musicmarketing thread that ranks for this search, from April 2026, asks whether playlist promotion works at all. It does not name Playlist-Promotion.com. Most replies suggest pairing playlist campaigns with ads and steady content. We found no Reddit thread about the company itself that we could read.
YouTube. Andrew Southworth’s review video has about 48,600 views, and Charles Cleyn’s 2020 video has about 123,500. The YouTube playlist called “Reviews about Playlist-Promotion.com” belongs to the company’s own channel, and its testimonials page is its own as well.

When Musicvertising Is the Better Fit
You want to choose your playlist before you pay. With Playlist Placement, you browse real Spotify playlists by genre. You see each playlist’s name and verified follower count before checkout. Placement is guaranteed, and you get the live playlist link within 3 to 7 days. Your track stays on for at least 30 days. If placement fails, you get every penny back. It is one payment of $39 to $99.
You want new listeners every month. With AI Spotify Promotion, you share your Spotify link and go live within 24 hours. The AI scans your profile and shows mobile ads to fans of similar artists. A tap opens Spotify to your music. The AI moves budget toward listeners who save, follow, and stream again, and it rotates your whole catalog. Every result shows as external source traffic in your own Spotify For Artists. Plans run $97 to $997 a month, you can cancel anytime, and your first purchase has a 30-day money-back guarantee.
You want curator access for free. Free Playlist Submission sends your track to 237+ Spotify playlist curators in under 60 seconds, at no cost.
If you also use YouTube, YouTube Promotion runs real YouTube ads on monthly plans from $79.

How We Researched This Review
This review was researched on October 23, 2026. We read Playlist-Promotion.com’s homepage, store and package pages, FAQ, terms, privacy policy, and its YouTube, radio, and Meta ads pages. We checked archived copies of its homepage and terms. We read its Trustpilot reviews, the four reviews in the table above, the ranking Reddit thread, and the YouTube reviews. We did not run a paid Playlist-Promotion.com campaign for this review.
Prices and policies change, so confirm them on Playlist-Promotion.com before you pay.
